Welcome to Valley View Boys Leadership Academy. I am Mr. Terrance Mitchell, proud principal of our school. I am extremely honored to support our students' trajectory toward excellence. As a native of Cleveland and a former student of CMSD I understand the immense pressures that our young men face each and every day. As we teach them to continuously take the road less traveled they will often be ridiculed and mocked. But our young men will be immensely resilient. It is our mission to build the most powerful change agents the city of Cleveland has to offer.

As a graduate of Morehouse College, I appreciate and acknowledge the importance and impact of single gender education. Providing an environment where our young men thrive socially, culturally, and most important personally, outlines our vision.
